Tanzania: The family ventured to East Africa with Tanzania Adventure Tours for a life-changing experience in several parks (Serengeti!) and cultural experiences as well as the island of Zanzibar.
Havana: Jason and I took some friends to Havana for an amazing and slightly crazy long weekend!

Back in Delaware but celebrated a wedding with friends in Georgia and then checked out a dude ranch and the Grand Canyon!
We knew this was a two-year assignment (we hoped for more) so we spent every single moment we could traveling: Bali, Sri Lanka (several places), Tokyo, Seoul, North Korea (DMZ), Khao Lak (Thailand), Hanoi, Langkawi (Malaysia) and Nikoi Island (Indonesia). Time was of the essence!
