Like many others, I started baking bread during the Covid lockdown. It's now something I really enjoy doing for friends and family, so once this terrible war started, I decided to use my newfound skills to try to make some money to contribute.
During the same time period I was learning to bake, my good friends, Kelly and Chris, adopted a Ukrainian teen. They spent a lot of time in Kyiv and Odessa during the adoption process, and now have several friends there who are directly supplying people with food, medicines and other help.
ALL proceeds of my bake sales go directly to people or organizations that they are in contact with, many on a daily basis. I pay out-of-pocket for all ingredients and supplies.
As of April 2022, I've collected and sent over $2000 to people in Ukraine!
Milkbread Dinner Rolls ($15 a dozen): Super soft and perfect with dinner or for sandwiches!
Bagels ($15 a dozen): Topping choices are plain, everything, garlic salt, sesame and poppyseed. Feel free to mix and match!
Italian bread loaf ($10): I had to stop making this for our family because I have no control over myself.
Dog treats (bag of 30 for $10) - made of whole grain oats, pumpkin puree and peanut butter (no xylitol). My Corgi is obsessed!
Ukrainian Pasha ($20) - inspired by a traditional Easter bread, this is a limited time offer in April, but if you really want one, I could make an exception!
Just send an email to jenniferludt@hotmail.com with your order and we can work out payment (Venmo, PayPal and cash accepted) as well as delivery date. I deliver within Berlin but could meet if you are a little farther out. You can also easily find me on Facebook!
