About Us
Let's Get Acquainted!
Although Jason and I have always loved to travel, we never had a chance to really start exploring the world until we were transferred to Singapore in 2012. Seven years later, we've visited a total of 16 countries as a family, with a goal of 20 by the time our daughter goes off to college in two years. I have a feeling we will easily surpass that goal! Jason also travels for work from time-to-time, so he gets to add countries to his list that I don't have. Grrrrr.
Our first blog, Sleepless in Singapore, was created by Jason when he first moved alone to Singapore so he could share his adventures with his friends and family in the US. After the kids and I joined him, I started writing as well, and we both realized how much we enjoy it. That, coupled with repeated requests from friends to share our itineraries, caused us to create this newer website.
